Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At SiliFit Rings, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in South Africa.  Every day, we deliver to our customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. If an Out Of Stock situation arises we will inform the customer immediately.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 – 4 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged on arrival and it must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damaged product. This can be emailed to sales@silifitrings.co.za


Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a replacement product will be shipped off, as soon as possible.

Shipping
Shipping costs on returns will be dealt with individually, for every return received. Reasons for the return are considered in each instance.  The cost of shipping the original product is not refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
